TradeBioIndia.com is operated by MVK INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED (Business Registration No. 78909747), Room B53, 2/F, Kwai Sheng Industrial Building, 36–40 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. The platform is an intermediary and listing venue: it is not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers, does not take custody of goods, does not hold payments, and does not verify every piece of supplier-provided information.
No verification warranty & no medical advice
Supplier profiles, product specifications, prices and documents are provided by sellers. Buyers must independently verify licences, certificates and product suitability before contracting. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, and no content recommends any drug for any medical condition.
Prohibited & restricted items
Narcotic and psychotropic substances (NDPS), Schedule X drugs, counterfeit or falsified products, human biological material, drug samples offered for resale and other prohibited categories may not be listed. Prescription (Scheduled) products may only be enquired about through multi-supplier routing by verified importers or distributors holding valid licences.
Content moderation & takedown
Reported or prohibited content is reviewed and removed or disabled within 3 hours of receipt of a valid complaint or lawful order. Evidence is preserved for 180 days.
Your data
Requirements, applications and messages submitted through this site are stored on the platform's secure backend and used only to match enquiries and operate the marketplace. Verification documents are reviewer-only and never published. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Security & sign-in records
To protect accounts we record the IP address the connection came from, the browser and the time of every registration and sign-in. Only our review desk can see this history for an account, and it is never shown to other members. It exists to investigate account takeover, fraud and multi-accounting, and is kept for 12 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
